Accepting new patients of all ages! We specialize in primary care from pediatric (birth) to geriatric age in Latham, NY. We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with a physician always on call.

We strongly encourage the use of our patient portal
Our patient portal is an important communication tool for our practice. This is the best way to receive your imaging and lab results, with interpretations from our doctors. You never need to call our office to ask if your results are ready. They’ll display in your portal as soon as they become available. We know sometimes questions or needs arise after hours. Using the portal, you can request appointments or medication refills or message your doctor securely 24/7 (messages are answered by our office during business hours). You can also access your medical records through the portal since it’s linked to our electronic health record system. We highly recommend all our patients enroll in and use the patient portal.
We pride ourselves on excellent access
We provide same-day appointments for both new and existing patients. We also offer walk-in vaccinations, including flu shots and other preventive vaccines to keep you and your family healthy. For non-emergency medical concerns, please contact our office before visiting urgent care or the emergency room. Our provider is available 24/7 after hours to assist you. We're here when you need us!
Medical Marijuana
