Your feedback matters — and if you’d prefer to share it anonymously, Google makes that possible with a few quick steps.
Step 1: Update Your Google Profile Name
- Go to ‘Manage Your Google Account’
- Select ‘Personal info’
- Under Basic info, click your name
- Change your name and photo to what you’d like displayed with your review (for example, Anonymous)
- Save your changes
This name is what will appear publicly with your review.
Step 2: Leave Your Review
Once your profile name is updated:
- Visit the Capital Region Family Medicine Google review page
- Write and submit your review
That’s it — your review will appear using the name you selected.
A Quick Note: Google reviews are tied to Google accounts, but you can control how your name appears publicly. You can always update your profile name again after leaving your review.
